Who can use Blushed
You must be an adult: 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that’s older. Don’t use Blushed where the law doesn’t allow it. For now, Blushed is a free beta, open by invitation only.
What Blushed is
Blushed is an AI that co-writes explicit interactive fiction with you. Every story is fiction. The writer, BlushBot and the characters are AI, not people. What they write can be wrong, strange or not to your taste: you can edit it, try again or stop at any time.
The rules
- Adults only. Every character is 18 or older, always. Nothing that sexualizes anyone under 18, in any way, whatever the story says about it.
- No real people. No celebrities, public figures, or anyone you know. Every character is invented.
- Nothing illegal. Don’t use Blushed to make anything that’s against the law where you are.
- Play fair. Don’t try to get around the adults-only checks or the limits, share your key, automate or resell Blushed, or attack it.
We may refuse to write something, and we may close an account that breaks these rules.
Your account
Your account is a key made on your device. Anyone who has the key can use your account, so keep it private, and keep it safe: we can’t recover a lost key. During the beta, a pass is free and comes with the limits the app shows (passages a month and a day). We may change them.
Your stories
Your stories are yours. They’re kept on your device, not on our servers, so backing them up is up to you (Settings, Privacy & data, Download a backup). You let us send what’s needed to the AI models to write your story, and to look into anything you report to us. As far as we’re concerned, what the writer writes for you is yours to use, within these rules. How we handle all of it is in the privacy policy.
Look after yourself
Blushed is entertainment. It isn’t advice, and it isn’t a substitute for professional help. If you’re thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.
The beta
Blushed is offered as it is, while we build it. It may change, have problems, be unavailable or end, and we can’t promise your stories will survive a problem on your device, so keep backups. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss from using Blushed, and what we owe you in any case is limited to what you paid us: during the free beta, nothing.
Changes
We may change these terms. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top, and say so in the app when the change matters to you. Using Blushed after that means you accept the new terms.
